SAINT ANTHONY FIG (Also known as Prolific) - $30 This fig's rose colored fruit has high natural sugar content - perfect for jams, baking, and fresh eating.  Its smooth flavor is likened to that of berries with honey.  Oregon Prolific is highly reliable, a heavy producer, fruiting while still young.  It thrives in wet humid climates, also in areas with cooler summers.  The tree has 2 crops, an early breba in July and a main crop in September.  Self-fertile. Ficus carica ‘Marseille’  USDA Zones 7-10  Planted in 3” square pots 5” tall.
